NERA Digital Invests in GQS Group to build a specialized SAP Consulting group

With its investment in the GQS Group (“GQS”), comprising GQS GmbH and GQSystema AG, NERA Digital expands its portfolio with a highly specialized SAP Gold Partner boasting strong industry focus and proprietary software solutions for business process automation.

GQS is an established SAP service provider headquartered in Grasbrunn near Munich, with a clear focus on the food and beverage industry. The company offers end-to-end SAP S/4HANA system design, migration, and implementation services, as well as its own software solutions – including gqs@tax, an internationally deployable solution for compliant processing of excise taxes. This product is already used across Europe by leading companies in the food and retail sectors for tax compliance and automation.
